I already have a site, how can I integrate it with MyArtistDNA?
We think MyArtistDNA works best if you use it as your main site and the home of your brand, using other outlets like YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter as supplementary marketing tools. Your account can be, replace or accompany your personal website.

What's the maximum amount of content an user can upload?
Free accounts - Welcome Package 5 videos, 20 songs and 30 images or 1gb of bandwidth. Whichever comes first.

Can fans download music?
Yes, fans can download music directly from your MyArtistDNA site.  You can set your music for free download, or you can price your tracks and sell them directly through your MyArtistDNA store.  You can also redirect fans who want to purchase tracks to iTunes, Amazon, or other third party retailers.

Can I collect fans emails?
You can! As part of the “Socialize” tab on the bottom of your site, fans can input their email address to add themselves to your mailing list as well as we provide notifications through out the fan experience to make sure we collect their information so you can continue to communicate with them.

Both artists and fans are using MyArtistDNA.  Artists are using it to build sites, upload tracks and videos, share new art, and sell their products.  Fans are visiting these sites, listening to tracks and watching videos, exploring new content, and buying work from their favorite artists.

Sure! We collect detailed analytics for your account, telling you who’s visiting, from where, and for how long. This can help you see what's popular and what’s not, so can tweak your site to be as effective as possible.

What kind of information can I display on my MyArtistDNA site?
Whatever you want! With MyArtistDNA, you can customize the tabs that are displayed on your site. If you’re in a band that travels a lot, you’ll probably want an “Events” tab to keep your fans in the know about upcoming shows.  If you’re a painter, you may want a “Past Shows” tab that lists your previous exhibitions. It’s up to you!

This will vary depending on the users monitor resolution. But we suggest 1200px x 800px, and no larger than 2mbs.

Can I add info about my band?
YES!!! Each account has your own tabs you can make and also we are super believers in METADATA! The more detailed info you can give us the better for YOU!!! You must tag and fingerprint all your work properly so people can find you in unlimited ways!

Can I add my social media?
Absolutely! We are big believers in social media integration. You can sync up your Twitter and Facebook accounts to your MyArtistDNA site, and fans can view and interact with you through the “Socialize” tab at the bottom of your site.
